I really like Busted Bayou and Zip-Line Shrine, as well as Trunk Twister.
As for my least favorite, it would probably be Canopy Chaos.

Most of the the levels were easy minus the Mine Cart level and one of the hidden levels. The boss was also just decent.

I haven't played it yet. But it seems like a more interesting theme for a first world than in certain other games. (Mario comes to mind 
) Usually the first area is the least interesting one in games, of course it would depend on the game, but I'm guessing the later worlds are better.
