Nintendo sued for supposed copyright infringement

Secure Axcess has filed a lawsuit against Nintendo for infringing their patent "a computer providing multiple display capability where one display presents the current document and another display may show a true display of a previously opened document."

How is this copyright infringement? Wii U doesn't display a document on one display with the previously opened document on the other. Hell, I don't think you can view documents on it AT ALL other than PDF files downloaded to it. (where it doesn't do anything stated in the patent) Plus, while the Wii U is technically a computer, it's really a video game console...I really don't see how they think they can get anything out of Nintendo for this.

 
I guess Axcess wants to fight a case that they won't win.

Or they just have too much money and want to spend it. XD

Well you can download dlc from the eshop & while your waiting for your dlc to download you can hop onto your Wii U's internet browser & browser around, or even play a video game while the dlc is downloading. So, if you think of dlc as a 'file downloading'; then the whole idea of this company suing Nintendo then becomes a bit more obvious. Or, at least that's my opinion. Still who knows, this whole thing could just blow over anyway.
