Ugh why NoA...you're actually so terrible at making good business decisions. If any region's release should've been cancelled, it should've been Europe or Japan. NA is the biggest market for a shooter of ANY kind (even if this also has the whole melee attack thing seen at E3 last year, it's mostly a shooter) this game would likely have sold infinitely better in NA than anywhere else.

Plus I really wanted to support it...

Even though I'd never play this, I've lost all respect for NoA.
Yoshi's Woolly World comes out 4 months after Europe, 3 after Japan, now they cancel this...

^ I lost respect for them awhile ago, but this just goes even lower.

It's rumored XSeed will be publishing the game in NA, so it will still end up being released here. Of course, Itagaki keeps saying not to believe the rumors, so I don't know...

And then there was this that I found:

I'M SO CONFUSED.

Let's just wait for an official NA release date...I have no idea what's going on with this game anymore. But NoA says it's coming on Twitter, so I guess it's coming?

It says on their twitter page they'll have more details about it soon, so hopefully the details will be coming. (We can hope.)

I though they would give an update in the next Nintendo Direct. Though they likely have to redo the Direct after toady's news. We should also never believe any rumors until Nintendo themselves gives an update on the game.

Looks to me like the game isn't doing to great review wise.. /:

Yeah, it's unfortunate. I feel like the reason it's quality is sub-par is really only due to budget issues too, which makes it more Nintendo's fault than anything. :/ But I'll still get it if I find it looks fun. If the multiplayer is good that's good enough for me if I can get it cheap.

Devil's Third is going in Q4 of this year and a PC version based on the multiplayer is also on the works.

Uh...Nintendo published the game. How in the hell is this releasing on PC as well? Did they just decide they wanted to publish their own PC version? Like if you were going to do that to begin with it could've released on the original consoles in the first place...

I'll get it on Wii U when it's cheaper.

The game releases on the 23rd in Europe, and NA is still waiting until Q4. I honestly think it still looks pretty good, I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. Sure, the graphics and animations could be a bit improved, and it's not the most innovative game, but it still looks enjoyable enough. It's definitely not in my top to buy list though.

a new multiplayer mode and map are releasing September 1st for all the regions the game is available in!

This very much reminds me of Splatoon, I'm wondering if that's what they're going for? If so that's really cool! I love how Splatoon's updates work.

And the reviews came out yesterday for Europe, honestly I don't think the flaws a lot of them stated are all that major...
