Yeah, it literally sounds like a prison.
They record when you leave get in, you must get permission to use the Internet, which they also record...

Every job makes you clock in and out. It's just sad things want downhill quick and Metal Gear likely won't be the same anymore.

^No, my mom doesn't clock in an out, neither does my dad. Razz
They don't record why you're leaving and when you come back...

Uh, I have to. I have to sign in at the front desk, sign out for my breaks, my lunch, sign in when they're over & sign out when I go home. Your parents are lucky to be lawyers, but some of us working stiff's aren't.

Anyway, it's sad to see that Konami was more like working for a jailor then anything exciting or halfway decent as an employer.

    ^My dad's a pilot.
But Yusei, do they record what you do on the computer and make you ask permission to use the Internet or publicly announce your name when you don't watch their videos?

Probably not. Razz Btw; here's an update on Konami's further downfall:

Konami stops all AAA console production

Konami is reportedly ceasing its AAA development efforts on all games except Pro Evolution Soccer.

Following on a report that Fox Engine director Julien Merceron has left Konami, another report from the same French website says the publisher is not investing in AAA console games any more.

The sole exception is the Pro Evolution Soccer series. That means no Metal Gear or Silent Hill to come, despite Konami’s earlier statements suggesting the former will continue.

Eurogamer too was able to corroborate this report, adding that the suspected reason for Merceron’s departure is true.

This will not affect Metal Gear Online, which is set to launch on October 6.

Back in May, Konami president Hideki Hayakawa said the company won’t just focus on mobile development. “Our aim is to continue to build up a comprehensive portfolio of console, arcade, and card game titles for each IP,” he said.

Honestly; I kind of saw this coming tbh....  :r

He means that they need the cash to make console games outside of PES and lets see how long it takes them to make console games again. I just feel sorry for all the workers in this mess right now.

The devs, I feel of them, but not the front office guys.
Konami is ruining themselves, they'll have to live off of PES and Pachinko...
Even some of the top PES devs left.
