It depends in my case to be honest. On weekends, I usually either go late or early depending on my mood (either till 3 or as early as 10).
On weekdays, I usually sleep by 11. However, school sometimes keeps me up with projects and test preparations till 2.

Due to having a schedule that is flopped every day, on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday I generally go to sleep at about 12 since I have to get up the next day at 8:30. However, on Mondays and Wednesdays I don't have class until 3 pm and so I just go to bed whenever I feel like it. Same with weekends, just whenever I feel like it.
