TNFS Lottery: Color Panels

Hello, and welcome to the next TNFS Lottery! We haven't had one in quite some time, but I'd like to have them more frequently from here on out. This time around we have a fairly simple game. In order to take part in it, you must pay 15 user points as an entrance fee. (very small amount so don't worry :p) Once you've done this, you can choose a color panel! Some will have rewards, while some will have punishments instead! You cannot choose the same panel as any other member, however, you may change your choice if there is another open panel that hasn't been chosen. (you can change your choice at any time before the deadline, September 25th)

What kind of punishments are you talking about? I fear it is something very wicked.

Before I reveal what was behind the color panels, I'd like to mention that the next TNFS Lottery will be very soon, I'd like to do them on a more consistent basis from here on out! And our next one will be a more fun and more interactive game, so I'm pretty excited for it. (it'll probably also go back to the one winner thing instead of having a greater chance at winning something like this one)

Anyway, here's what you guys win or lose depending on what panel you chose!

Just saying - there probably shouldn't be an entrance fee if some of the cards make you lose points instead.
