The Countdown Until Christmas!

^ Wow, sounds like fun! I love holiday decorations, especially the lights, they're just always so pretty. Unfortunately my neighborhood doesn't seem to think so, almost nobody decorates and there's a fair amount of people living here. Are you going to that party?

My town has a pretty big Christmas tree that gets lit up every year as well, although I don't believe there's a huge party for it to go along with it. (not that I would go to a party where the entire town could be involved, wayyyyy too many people I don't know :p)

A house on the next street over alts goes all out and they always let you walk around the front at select times. As for the giant tree they also have an event I'm my town where it goes up on December 1st.

It's getting closer by the day!

In my town, we don't have any big Christmas traditions, however.

I've since put up my Christmas tree, with Oshawott as the tree topper this year, usually every year it's a different Pokemon plushy & this year Oshawott was the winner.

Awwww it's cute! ^^ I like the idea of having Pokemon toppers. I usually just put a star on top myself, but it could be nice to try something different instead.

^ ...I've never heard of this day. XD My family was never really one to celebrate holidays all that much though. That and we were always broke af which is a pretty good excuse not to add an extra day in there lmao.

What did I get?

The new Diary of a Wimpy Kid book (Old School) and a Chocolate Peppermint Stick.

I completely forgot to put my non-existent slippers out for him last night  . Oh, well. 

On the plus side, the Christmas tree went up today  .

I still have yet to buy one...at this point I don't think I will, my extended family will have one up when I visit them anyway. (they probably already have it up)
