Random posts for 2016

So far it's only been a year long wait so I'm glad I only have to wait until 2017 for it to hit Steam. From what I've been reading it's not going to be releasing to the PSVita, just on Steam which is fine with me since I've basically got both games via Steam any way. xp

Jing asked off for the week of my birthday off so we could spend some time together & to further get our plans ironed out for our wedding (since it's going to be happening two weeks after that week).

^ That's really sweet. It's also nice that you're showing them your love and appreciation by doing that, even if it is just a date. I believe I've said it multiple times already but I wish you guys tons of happiness in marriage. :3 And that the wedding goes over well.

I'm glad you where able to plan it for that day since it's always hard for the whole family to take some time off during the week.

Yea, that's true. But, we've gotten pretty lucky since we plan to have it around noon. The place we plan to get married will be at a local park that we were able to rent out a spot for. It was pretty cheap too. Also I'm not too sure if some one would consider it high class or low class since I choose the location for the kids who I want to be able to go to the park's swings & that so they can have fun & not have to stick around for our stuffy old wedding if they don't want to. XD

Wow, who would have thought Nintendo would post a good recipe on twitter? xD I'm glad you enjoyed it.

If I were to make it I probably wouldn't use some of the ingredients, specifically cinnamon because I can't stand it. But overall it does sound good.

I guess they worked out a deal with a good cook if it's really that good. It would be nice if they posted a Pokemon themed dish next

Looks like Nintendo has some hidden cooking talent. That soup still looks delicious. Glad to hear that you enjoyed it. I still want get the ingredients and make it sometime. it. I don't think I've ever had goat cheese before.

Well there's hardly enough cinnamon in it for you to notice really since there are so many other flavors that you taste really.

Oh yea, the soup is really good. And the goat cheese really makes the soup when you add in at the end.

Oh, something to note when Jing & I made it we Incorporated the canned pumpkin in with the other ingredients already in the stock pot. It doesn't say to do that in the directions for the recipe but I've cooked enough to be able to cook from off the hip, (as my granny used to say) so when you add in the pumpkin at the end incorporate it in with the already cooked ingredients stirring it the first time you add it so that everything is well incorporated. We stirred it twice while waiting for it to boil. So I'd say not over stir it while waiting for the soup to come to a full boil. ;3

I have no idea why my cat Squeakers has been all clingy as of lately for. D: I think maybe she knows that my birthday is coming up soon. xp

She is just showing how much she loves you. Or she wants something.

I'd say she's being clingy cause she loves me. I always give her food/water after I get up so I know she's good for the day. So it can't be either of those, that & since Jing moved in he's been scooping her litter so I know it's not that either. XD
