Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night?

Have ever woken up at night? Dream or nightmare? Or maybe for no reason at all?

Last night I woke up at 3 AM with a bad stomach ache. Couldn't sleep for a few minutes until it went away. I also remember a few times when I woke up at 4 or 6.

Oh man, so many times, it has to happen to me at least once a week. I've always had a lot of trouble sleeping, but it's mostly actually getting to sleep. However, I do wake up in the middle of the night pretty often as well. Generally I'll feel horrible the next morning for an hour or two after waking up because of how little I actually slept.

Like every night really, it's now more rare for me to sleep through the whole night, sometimes it'd because dreams end, sometimes it's a stress related thing, sometimes I hear my sister through the wall and get woken up by her, but yeah it happens a lot.

Sometimes I wake up having to go pee. XD I usually go to the bathroom before I head off to bed but I tend to drink a ton of water, so it has to come out sometime or another. Otherwise I've woken up due to a nightmare waking me up, it's not as often as it used to be. My mom told me a secret that helps to keep the nightmares away, so I tend to use it: sleep with a wool blanket under your bed sheet & it helps to keep nightmares away. Usually it works but I have to end up washing it at least once a month or they tend to sneak in.

Plenty of times, usually when something's been weighing on my mind. Usually, it'll keep me up for an hour or so, then I'll be able to get back to sleep. 

When I wake up in the morning afterwards, I'm usually fine for the first couple of hours, but then I just crash completely.

Lots... quite a lot actually. Sometimes I just don't sleep well I guess...

It happens every other or every third night for me. Usually it's because of dreams or nightmares ending. It's pretty rare for me to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night - if I do, I'm either awfully tired, feel ill or am just awfully bored. None of them are especially pleasant, so I guess I'm feeling ok if I wake up at night.
