Nintendo 3DS Direct airing on September 1st

Nintendo has reveled that a new Nintendo 3DS is coming on September 1st.

Most of the fanbase has been acting ungrateful since it's not a Direct about the NX. As for what Nintendo can shown there is Pokemon Sun and Moon, Star Rush, the update to New Leaf, those upcoming 3d party games and of course half the Direct will likely be about some indie games. I also think Nintendo will reveal Kirby 3D Rumble Deluxe and Team Kirby Clash Deluxe as downloadable games.

WHAT? Guess who called it months ago, this guy. I still firmly believe NX will be revealed in September as well though. Unfortunately I can't watch it live, which sucks because there hasn't been a Direct in so long.

I'm expecting them to talk about some of the holiday 3DS releases, probably a new eShop game or two, and a new big game for 2017 before also revealing the NX reveal date, possibly.

I don't think there will be any mention of the NX in this Direct. Though the Direct would be a nice way to announce when it will be revealed. I think they would choose their social media for that.

It is great to see that the next Direct is coming very soon. I think it's safe to say that we'll be seeing Pokémon Sun and Moon and Mario Party Star Rush there. There is also the New Leaf update like Gameguy said. I hope we'll get some surprised even if the games that will likely be shown have some.

I'm not surprised about this being 3DS exclusive, I doubt there will be anything but Color Splash coming from the Wii U otherwise.

That was one great Nintendo Direct with those new Marioand Pikmin games. I'm not really that big on the ports though.

Terrible Direct but I'm not disappointed at all, I expected it to just be them revealing those last few games they still had in the works. They're really kind of ruining the entire Wii U lineup at this point, it has barely any exclusives left. Splatoon is pretty much the only reason to even buy one anymore.

Honestly, I'm not surprised to see Nintendo doing this. It's something I kind of expected tbh. Sad though, I really liked the Wii U & here at the last they're trying to kill it with less content & it's kind of desperate attempt at killing it too impo. It's fine I have my 3DS & plan to keep my Wii U even if the NX is just around the corner it'll still play Paper Mario Color Splash just fine. xp
