Square-Enix Planning Big Support for Switch Empty Square-Enix Planning Big Support for Switch

Square-Enix had already previously pledged support for the Switch and announced some titles they'd be releasing for it, including the exclusive Project Octopath Traveler. However, they are now coming out saying the following:

    - Project Octopath Traveler and Dragon Quest XI Switch seem on-track for next fiscal year
    - Switch’s momentum is strong and Nintendo doing great is good for Square-Enix.
    - Switch is ideal for middle-range games, which Square-Enix is good at making, so they will work on these aggressively
    - when considering games for Switch, Square-Enix won’t rule out any IPs
    - this includes new ones, currently active ones and not-active ones
    - new Switch games may become multi-platform, but Square Enix promise to “aggressively make games for Switch”
So it seems like we'll be seeing some pretty major support from them on the Switch in the future! I'm excited to see what they'll end up bringing.

I can see Square-Enix remaking Dragon Quest 9 for the Switch, Secret of Mana ported and  maybe they will finally port FF15 do to  hinting about it back at Gamescom.
