    Yo-Kai Watch 4 has been officially announced by Level 5 and is planned for release this year in Japan on Nintendo Switch.

    I fully expected to see the series continue, so it's no surprise they're making the leap from 3DS to Switch. I never got into any of the games but it is nice for fans, and should make for some good hardware sales jumps in Japan later this year too.

    I do wander if there going for a darker game due to the movie going that route. While I go never get into the series I'm happy for all the fans and it's sure to be a big seller in Japan.
