Metroid Prime 4 development restarted from scratch now made by Retro Studios

In a bit of disappointing news Metroid Prime 4's development has been scrapped. However Retro Studios is now the ones making it.



While I'm sure this sucks for hardcore Metroid fans it's better to start over then release a main series game fans would have not enjoyed as much.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

I like that Nintendo is being totally open about this instead of just ignoring it and waiting to reveal it until two years from now when we're all confused about what happened to it. It's also good to know that they're not gonna give us a terrible game when so many people are looking forward to it. Seeing as how we've waited as long as we have already and the fact that we hadn't even seen anything of the game yet, this honestly is more good than bad.
