by Azazel from Tekken 6 is pretty annoying it blocks all of your moves and since it is much bigger then you character you can't throw it so it just ends up killing you with like 3 hits because it's moves are overpowered.

How did this get no replies, inexcusable as it's such a good thread!
The first boss in Bayonetta, as I recall I didn't beat it and that's when I stopped playing... (Or maybe the second, as I think the game actually starts with a boss)
Also, Bugsy from Pokemon Gold and Silver, if you didn't pick a fire type (Growlithe being catchable a bit early in crystal) then this guy could literally rip you to shreds with Fury Cutter, just building up! The first time I've ever really lost epically to a Gym battle...
Time-Eater in Sonic Generations was also a bit of as ass to beat, I did it eventually... but man did he do my head in...

I struggled with Lenora a little, but not Cheren. My Tepig was over-leveled so it had evolved by then.
