I've been playing Amazing Mirror lately, and I'd say my favorite power is Smash. Sure it's like 4 or 5 powers in one, but it is still one power.

The Fighter Kirby was always fun to use. It kind of reminds me of Smash Bros. (though then again, the SSB series was made by the same guy who made the Kirby series). 
I am also quite fond of the Magician Hat Kirby (from Squeak Squad I believe). Sorry, I'm not too familiar with the Kirby series.

Well, judging by my username, you can already tell my favourite is Spark Kirby. I also, however, enjoy using the Ninja Kirby ability. There are so many to choose from though, it's hard to make a decision.
