I'd limit your people to 3 then, if it gets over crowded it also might not flow as nicely.
Also, listening to this (your first) you've started talking about stuff like "Favourite insects" ... I'd leave stuff like that out... maybe this is the part you could talk about news.

Plan it, my friends. Flow is the key to a good podcasts. (I think I mentioned somewhere, I've done a fair few in my time)
Maybe ask for a Podcast Board only you lot (and staff) could see, to fully organize what you're going to talk about, you could even put the list in a thread for you to all keep your eye on when you're doing it...
