Depending on the kind of stress... if it's just something little I'll take some time out to be on my own, get on with whatever I do and sort myself out.
If it's stress that's got to bad I've got myself into a headache, I'll sleep it off.
I usually relieve stress by isolating myself (usually in a corner) and listening to music. I also can relieve myself of stress by singing (alone, usually during nighttime hours).
I usually sleep, talk to people or listen to music write stories play games walk go swimming ect. I do get stressed and paranoid quite reguarly. I am finding it REALLY hard with who to trust lately. So many people in school I thought were my "Friends" But *sigh* they were just using me to get my secrets and create rumors and gossip about me, so that's stressing me out a lot lately......
