The Dumping Ground Empty The Dumping Ground

If this were any way a bad series, I would have a bit of shame about admitting that I enjoy this every week... but honestly, it's bloody brilliant.

The Dumping Ground is a British Kids Drama that is a Spin off from the Iconic CBBC show "Tracy Beaker Returns"... Which in turn was a sequel to the series "The Story of Tracy Beaker"

    ...

...The point is, this has been going on since like the 90's, and that's the only justice I can find in someone like me watching the series.

It's about a care home full of kids dealing with the own problems, growing up, accepting where they are, they cover it all. Some of the characters are written amazingly, some times you get some pretty duff stuff. It's a real Pick and Mix of moments when it comes to this show.

I wouldn't recommend it to just anyone, but I know for a fact someone like Yi might enjoy it, as I class it as one of those real life Disney Dramas but with a bit of edge.

Sometimes I do think I just watch it out of nostalgia for the first series though... even though it only has one cast member from that series still on it.

Never heard of it, although that's probably because I'm not over in the UK and stuff...

I don't watch TV much anyway, but I also really can't see myself having watched this at all...maybe when I was a bit younger perhaps. I might watch one to see how it is. :L

Yeah, no harm in it. Ironically most of the cast in it are around your age!

They look nothing like my age, but it really doesn't surprise me that they are.

Of course some of the younger characters are not, but characters like Tyler, Tee, Electra and Johnny are aged around 12-16.
