I'm not gonna bother watching it. Will the Mario AR cards cost money? (if they are actual AR cards, I would assume so) if they aren't like, physical AR cards, I'd get them...

The video showed a Mario AR card coming with an eShop card. So I think you would get the AR card for free.

There for the 3DS. I don't think the Wii U supports AR cards.
