Well not everyone, but the namee is somewhat confusing. I kinda doubt people would just get a Wii U without looking at information first, but they might mistale the Wii U for a regular Wii.

Everyone who sees the Wii U and the Wii in the store will by the Wii because of the lower price.
I have a bit more faith in our fellow kind... mainly due to the fact most households already have a Wii... and I don't think many people will see it as a mere "upgrade to the Wii" when they see it has "U Exclusive titles".

Re: Wii U
Well the package doesn't say "U Exclusive Titles" on it. But I think only just a few people would mistake it for the Wii. I have heard of people mistaking it a lot though...just thinking it's a new controller for the Wii.

The system update returns you to the menu faster.

It still doesn't seem amazing, but that's way better than the load times currently.

Re: Wii U
Hmm... Interesting. After a update I did on the Wii U at the start of this month, loading times have been MUCH faster. Although the one on the left is what it USED to be like and the one on the right is now the one that I have but it says that it's gonna be updated in April? How the fudge does that make sense?!

^ Well yes...that is strange. Do you remember an exact date that you updated it?

Re: Wii U
The next Miiverse update will update with the following things:
Players will be able to send and receive comments in-game.
Players will be able to see ‘Yeahs’ in-game.
They can follow users, and see who users are following in-game.
Users will be able to launch games from Miiverse Posts
Launch buttons on Miiverse posts can contain program arguments, so it will be possible to boot directly to a certain level or menu in a game
Can work with online datastore for additional functionality
Mizuki posited the potential application of level editing and sharing via Miiverse;
envisions a game where users bring the game to life (sounds very LBP)
User Sub-Communities (like Mario Kart 7′s) are coming to Miiverse
Can be used to organise and hold tournaments
First game to use them is Wii Fit U
Nintendo is canvassing developers for anything else they’d like to see in the API
I really like that they are adding the sub-communities, I thought they already had something like that before...but then realized they didn't. This update seems pretty cool though.

Re: Wii U
I kinda like that tournament idea, that sounds like something useful if you get a group of people playing online at once and do a tournament, that'd be kinda neat.

^ Indeed, that would definitely make it a lot easier to hold tournaments, even though you could already do that before.

Re: Wii U
I really enjoy the gamepad and all of the things Nintendo has to offer. I'm sad that it did not sell good because Nintendo put so much blood, sweat, and tears into making the Wii U perfect, and nobody gets it. Other systems such as the Xbox 360 do not have very much effort put into them. I really enjoy the Wii U and it's one of my favorite Nintendo systems yet! If you have not already purchased this I really suggest you do. Do not waste your money on an Xbox 360 when you can get a great system for a VERY good sale. Nintendo actually was supposed to make this system way more expensive than it is, but they didn't want you to spend as much money unlike PS3 and Xbox 360. You should REALLY put in some money to buy this GREAT system!

Re: Wii U
I'm really hoping more interesting games will be announced at E3, because currently, the Wii U barely has any good games. There are some that will be released in the future, but for now, there's really no other games I would even buy for the Wii U.

I would only expect a few new games at E3. Miyamoto said that E3 is not the best place to announce new games. Also it seems like there will be more Nintendo Directs in the coming months.
