Do I would replace SMT X FE with Paper Mario or something since Nintendo and Sega likely stopped the project for the time being. That might also be a bit early for Animal Crossing since most of the key people behind New Leaf are working on Splatoon.

^ SEGA? Don't you mean Atlus?...They haven't stopped working on it, they probably hadn't even started development of it at the time it was announced. I honestly feel like that's the reason we've gotten no new info yet, but it will likely release at the end of the year. And you're right, the Animal Crossing team is working on Splatoon, so it is kind of unlikely, but you never know. That team IS Nintendo's biggest dev team...they could work on 2 games at once probably.

I believe Japan is getting some form of limited retail release, otherwise it's just an eShop game though. I mean they're promoting the whole cross-buy thing with it too. (not that I'm getting it, but I love the fact that they're finally doing some sort of cross-buy with at least one of their titles)

N64 and DS games are on the way. In fact Yoshi's Island DS and Super Mario 64 are live right now.



This is great news and I plan on getting Yoshi's Island DS, Mario Kart DS and Donkey Kong 64.

Finally! It took them long enough. I'm glad they have so many display options for DS games, and I hope they add Advance Wars: Dual Strike. I really wanted to play it, and I can't find it anywhere for a decent price.

I'm really hoping for a nice large selection to be available for both N64 and DS, because the DS had a ton of games I missed on it.

Super Mario 64 and Donkey Kong 64 are both up over here. Mario Kart DS and some other DS game are up too. All of them are $13 each.

All I want is Paper Mario, really.

Nintendo still needs to make your Wii Mode VC games save data be able to copy over to the Wii U lien the eShop Wii games can.
I don't see a reason to buy the discounted Super Mario 64, Yoshi's Story, Paper Mario, etc. if the save data isn't the same.

^ Yeah, I suppose that would be nice, but I'd rather them just do a cross-buy and cross-save feature between Wii U and 3DS, with all of the games available on both Virtual Consoles.

Well, you're lucky! But I guess those'll be up here soon too.

So do you guys think N64 and DS are the final Virtual Console platforms coming to Wii U? Or will they add more later on? They usually don't add them for a year or two after they're announced (with the exception of Wii games) so I'm not sure. But I think they could totally do GameCube Virtual Console, it's the only Nintendo home console that's not there now, so it only makes sense.

GameCube better come.
SEGA doesn't seem like they want to support Wii U VC, and I don't see Virtual Boy happening.
But this may be it.

I'd love to see more Wii VC titles myself; but I'm an oddball. XD

^ Well I'd hope there's more considering Nintendo has said so already, it wouldn't quite make sense to release like 5 and then no others. Which Wii games do you want added?
