    I'm the same way for both of those.

    Last night, I felt like I was going to vomit when I layed down, so I just sat there for awhile until I was way too tired and had to go to sleep.

    A day ago I didn't get to sleep until 6:30am. I got woke up by a neighbor's dog a couple of times. I turned on a loud fan & was finally able to get some sleep.
