Amazon Canada did orders a while back and I would not worry about the Splatoon amiibo at all.
My Wario, Pac-Man Charizard and Luicina amiibo will be delivered later and I got Sliver Mario on WalMart last night so I'm set on wave 4 now.

My dad checked Best Buy where he bought Splatoon, they said their shipment never delivered tot he warehouse.
He went to Toys R Us, who never listed it, they had it.
Pac-Man should be coming in on Monday or Tuesday.
