I'm guessing you use Youtube solely on your 3DS then Unknown Entity, that's a lot of time.

I don't see why they'd have an update that auto-downloads it anyway, yeah many people are likely to use it, but you can just download it manually rather than downloading an update that takes the same amount of time and FORCES you to download it. >_>

Yeah but I think the way Nintendo is thinking with these updates that automatically download software is weird, I guess it makes sense with Wii U because it'll download while it's off, but forcing you to spend your time to update the 3DS with youtube is pointless imo.

Toady marks 3 years since the 3DS came out in Japan. The 3DS has come a long way since then from having no good games for most of the 1st year. Two having great games since such as Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, New Super Mario Bros 2, Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Fire Emblem Awakening, Pokemon X, Pokemon Y and many more.

Don't forget A Link Between Worlds and Kid Icarus: Uprising, those would probably be among my top 5 3DS games really. It's definitely cool that the 3DS has been around for so long, it's NA anniversary is the 26th of March though. I remember getting it launch day without a game, I should've gotten Pilotwings Resort since it was the only good game out at the time, but I guess it doesn't matter now. So many other great games have released since then! I do hope there are a ton of other 3DS games released in the future too.

The Yoshi 3DS is also coming to North America on March 14th.
It sucks that the game does not come with the system but, it will sell since Yoshi is one of the most known Nintendo characters and young kids really like him.

and it came with a free game at the time. Not all do though.

^ Sometimes, but I do think it mostly depends on whether Nintendo (or any other game company for that matter) decides to bundle the game along with the console or just sell it as a special edition 3DS. That Link Between Worlds bundle came with the game, this is just a Yoshi 3DS XL though as it seems.

Resized the image, and it seems like they're just adding one for most of the big game releases. Obviously they skipped over Donkey Kong and Bravely Default. (although I guess BD isn't first party so it wouldn't be on there anyway) I guess it's cool though that they add new panels often, for those who like to do this.
