Obviously if you don't know, the World Cup is where countries from all around the planet come to a country to play soccer and try to win the trophy. Well after Quarter Finals, I was anxious to know who will be in the finals. Well, there are 4 matches that will play soon. If you want to watch, you can watch it on ESPN or ESPN 2. So, let's make the final matches a fun one!

What's funny is that I was actually talking to my sweetheart about the world cup; how it seemed like after the Americanz lost no one seemed to care who won it afterwards. (No offense. XD)

About goddamn time. They show it on the main channels over here, not the dedicated sports channels. If I see another overpaid lacking in morals man flop over like they've been shot I'm going to complain. A lot.

@Commanderedgeworth
I must be lucky they don't have it on any of the channels I get. (with my antenna :p) Although I don't watch TV much.

I have not been keeping up with it since I only watch the first 30 minutes of the news sometimes.

My sweetie has been keeping up with the game; but I haven't cause I so don't care. xD
That and if your a woman you have an extra advantage since most women aren't expected to know anything about what's going on in sports anyway. xpZero Revolution wrote:^ But it still depends on the job. Obviously, if you want to be a football player, or do a sports talk show, or something like that, you're going to need to know about the sport or it will be incredibly difficult to get that job. But it's not like it's necessary to know about sports or you won't be able to do anything in life. There are plenty of people who probably don't pay attention to sports and have been successful.

Can't say I'm too surprised, since the Netherlands have a poor record with penalty shoot-outs.
(Of course, England's record with them is even worse XD)
