    Mewtwo can only be acquired by purchasing both version of Smash. If you do, you will be given him as a free download in Spring 2015.

    I think this is great, but I hope they have more characters than just Mewtwo! I'm hoping for a few others. But I guess I shouldn't be expecting them, we'll have to wait and see...

    I guess there giving him a new moveset since he's not really a new fighter. I guess it's cool that he's coming but, I would have rather seen a different character.

    I think it's pretty cool. I didn't expect him to be announced like this. I'm sure his fans are happy. I probably won't use him much, I don't play as the Pokemon fighters much.

    ^ Yeah that's what I'm wondering, I really didn't like using Mewtwo in Melee. Honestly, I won't even really care about the connectivity between games unless there are some other characters in addition to Mewtwo.

    ^ Well they're lying, on Club Nintendo, it says under the Mewtwo DLC offer "available Spring 2015." So, if I were to make a guess, they'd most likely release it in March or April. I don't think it'll take all that long honestly.

    ^ Luma, they confirmed this quite some time ago. Razz Although I don't blame you for not knowing, they really haven't stated it other than in direct emails and questioning about it...I guess they just want to get as many people to buy both versions as possible.

    Actually they haven't Zero.
    The North American Website still says it "may be available" for purchase in the future.

    ^ Hm...the more I think about it, the more worried I am NoA will make the HORRIBLE decision (as all of their decisions are) to NOT put it up for purchase in NA, when it will be in other regions. I mean, this is NoA we're talking about...

    I thought you posted a gameplay trailer at first Luma.

    I'm sure NOA will make him a stand alone downloadable character by Summer though.
