Is Deep Silver the next big thing? Empty Is Deep Silver the next big thing?

Up until last month, I had never heard of Deep Silver.
Yet, they are publishing two big indie games on multiple platforms, Mighty No. 9 and Bloodstained Ritual of the Night.
It can be predictable games like Yooka-Laylee may follow.
Do you guys think they're the next big thing?

Yes! Both of their Kickstarters were immensely successful, and follow popular genres that haven't really been seen much for awhile. Mighty No. 9 and Bloodstained both look REALLY good, and for an indie company they could really hit it huge with both. (I mean they really already have considering their kickstarter success) I know I'm getting the Wii U version of both games at some point, not sure when, but eventually I will. XD

Not sure if Playtonic would reach that same level of success as you mentioned, but it's possible. Yooka-Laylee has been getting a lot of press, and is doing a similar thing to what Deep Silver is doing. I know I can't wait for that game though.

It's hard to saw with Indie groups since it takes a few good games to be the next big thing. I believe both companies have the potential to be big though.

^ You did mention Playtonic Games in your post Luma, that's probably the other company he's talking about.

Could be. I'll wait & see what else they decide to publish; if they help to publish worthy games then yea I can say they could possibly become the next big publisher. At the moment; they seem to be grabbing up what's popular really is what I think. *shrugs*
