Splatfest October 10th: Car vs. Plane

The next Splatfest for NA has been confirmed for October 10th, Cars vs. Planes!

I'm actually pretty interested in who the winner will be in popularity for this one. Personally I'd probably go planes, they're faster, and it's more interesting to fly than to drive. Although I could never pilot a plane and I do like driving...so maybe I'll end up going with cars.

I'm pretty sure cars will end up being more popular. I'm going with team plane though since it's a little more enjoyable to ride up in the air.

I'm on Team Plane, I got to Plane Defender tonight! I just wanted to make sure I at least got to a decent rank just in case I'm not able to play much tomorrow. I'm going to try to go for Champion and maybe Queen.

Also it's hilarious how the Europe Splatfest is Cats VS Dogs XD

^ Yeah what's up with that? I really hope they don't start reusing the themes for the other regions, it's way too soon for that. I heard a rumor that they only went with Cats vs. Dogs in Europe because their original idea was Left Ear vs. Right Ear and they panicked because it was horrible or something. :p (but that doesn't sound very believable)

I got to the King/Queen rank. For what I could see planes seems to be the more popular team while cars might just end up being the better team.

Planes are in huge abundance, I've never had so many matches against my own team in a Splatfest. I have a feeling we may win just by popularity. I got to Plane Champion and won more than I lost but still didn't do amazingly well.

Team car wins.




Team Car sure had the better team and I think this the closest one yet.

Aww, I thought we'd just barely get through with popularity, I guess not. Team Car certainly did do well, I noticed I lost a lot of matches with them, especially compared to usual. But oh well, planes will get them next time. :p

I was quite surprised with the results...but at the same time expected it. I had some good Plane teamates but the Planes I fought were terrible. I sorta hoped cars would win by popularity, like Zero said, but good games to cars.

I was cars and I was speechless when we won!
