Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Neat!
- More Pokemon X stuff:
- I ran across a Moltres after I caught MewTwo; it took me at least 4 tries before I was able to finally capture him though. @_@ I read online that I can capture Moltres after I see him once he's been recorded in the Pokedex & I just have to track him via the Pokedex 10 times before I can capture him. Gar; annoying. XD

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Did anyone hear those rumors about the 3 secret legendary Pokémon in the game? Someone posted screenshots...they certainly don't look fake, but if they are, whoever designed them did a very good job. I'll go look for the screenshots, I wish I had posted them when I saw them, I don't remember what website it was...

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Yep. I just saw the thread about it alright! ;3
- About Moltres & the legendary birds:
- I found out online that depending on the starter you chose: Froakie gives you Moltres, Fennekin gives you Zapdos and Chespin gives you Articuno.
I choose Froakie for my Pokemon X file & I was able to catch myself a Moltres; but OMG was the Moltres a PAIN in the arse to capture. I had to stock up on timer balls & was able to capture it using a timer ball. TRUST ME a timer ball is great if your trying to capture legendaries. Because the longer the turns go the more effective the timer ball becomes in order for it to trap (or catch) the legendary inside of it. ;3

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
- Spoiler:
- I just throw my master ball at Zapdos since I just wanted to catch it after going after it all those times. I got Mewtwo the Z Pokemon and Rotom in pokeballs though.

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Is there anything in specific to do post-game like side quests, or is it just catching all the Pokémon/leveling them up?

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
There's the mega stones and a few side things like catching extra Pokemon but besides that the post game is shorter that past games.

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Well I have to ask since I pretty much stopped playing Yellow and Gold after I finished the main game, what did previous games have post-game?
Also, I really should continue playing this, but ALBW releases tomorrow...so I think I'll continue after I'm done with that game...

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Yellow didn't really have a great after game. All you do is fight Mewtwo and catch em all. Gold had a great aftergame where after beating johto you went to kanto and then fight Red. Emerald had the Battle Frontier, Diamond and Pearl had the whole thing with going to the fight area and Magma Mountain(or whatever it's called), Black was okay. Black 2 was great. X and Y had horrible aftergame.Zero Revolution wrote:Well I have to ask since I pretty much stopped playing Yellow and Gold after I finished the main game, what did previous games have post-game?

Re: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
Well, the main game for X and Y was still great, so I don't see that as a con. Many games simply end and don't allow you to do ANYTHING after you've completed them, so at least there is something in this.
