Game and Watch Empty Game and Watch

I guess these count as consoles...

I doubt anyone has any of the original game and watch units, but it would be cool to see if anyone does. I've played Game and Watch Gallery games, and honestly find the games to be very addicting, perfect for handheld games at the time of their existence. I've actually come up with a few ideas of my own Game and Watch games, they're just simple ideas, any of them could've worked on an actual Game and Watch game back then.

    Nope, don't have any.
    I've played one though.
    They seem fun.
It's nice to see how Nintendo started handhelds out though.

I think they had Game and Watch Ball (the first Game and Watch game) on Club Nintendo, at least a few years ago they did anyway. Razz That would be something I would use Club Nintendo coins on for sure, but I rarely actually use it.

I actually wanted to own an actual unit of one at one time, but they're very difficult to get nowadays. I just settled for the Game and Watch Gallery games.

They are pretty fun games, my favorite is Vermin.

Never owned one. Like everyone else...the Gallery games is how I was able to play them. I remember being so beast at those. My skills will surely have gone to s*** now. lol

I was going to get one from that Nintendo Rewards long ago...but never did

I had a few of these, sure.  I remember it was a few years after my older brothers bought their little Mattel Football.  My pop bought me a few Game and Watch handhelds from the Sears store.  They were $15-$30, as I recall.  (A bit costly, in that day, for such a 'foolish device', heh.)  I had Octopus, something about a cement mixer, and one where your stick guy (ORIGINAL Nintendo mascot character, btw?) bounced from a burning building.
They were quite fun for what they were, and I tracked-down the GB versions easily enough.  (To be honest, the GB re-dos are FAR better...this is coming from someone that owned/loved the originals, mind....)
