Competition One, Liar's Dice Empty Competition One, Liar's Dice

Post by Marowak Thu Jun 27, 2013 2:09 pm

Alright, so happy fun thinking time. Basically this game works as a form of luck and slight strategy, plus if you know something about probability your probably going to do well. It's a real game but I'm modifying the rules to fit my desires. Basically I'm going to pit all four of you against each other, now in the big hand your still in teams (or so I think), but for this activity, it's pretty much battle royale. I'm going to message you each telling you a roll of dice that you made, and this roll only you know. Now the game begins by someone stating that there are at least a number of a certain number being shown up, not on just your dice, but everyone's together (state it here in the topic). Considering that there are four peoples then each person is going to have four dice, totalling 16. So after the first person makes their claim on their number, it goes on to the next person. That person has a choice, either increase the number of the certain number shown, increase the number of the dice itself, or both, either numbers can not go down from the original caller's call.

    Example:
    Player 1: Three Fours
Player 2 would either say four fours or three fives, or anything higher in both categories

Now to get out, you have to get called on a lie. So say someone says there's five threes, you can call lie to try and get them out, if there aren't at least what they said then they are out the next round starts. But if what they said is true and you call lie on them, then you are out instead, play carefully. When someone gets out, they're done (I'm awful I know) and the next round will start with 1 less person and each playing person using one less die, making it so that your total number of dice go down exponentially.

With that said, I guess at the start make your own order by posting and stick to that order, may have to change that rule. Last one left wins the activity thing. So when you get your pm you're free to start. Enjoy.

Yay Liar time, I get to do stuff, erhem, now lemme show you everyone's dice, from that we'll see who's going to be kicked between Zero and Namine.

Alright, everyone's dice in list by name of order of go...dice

    GameGuy - 3 3 4 6
    Namine - 1 2 3 4
    Zero - 3 4 5 6
    Yusei - 1 4 4 5

Two sixes, Zero was right, Namine is out, and round one is over.

Round 2, the last three people each have three dice, totaling nine, as well as the turn order establishment is for you guys to set up, feel free to start in any order then return to turn order based on the one you established.
