Personally, I was torn between the GCN Controller and Wii U Gamepad. The GCN controller was incredibly comfortable, but the Wii U Gamepad offers many unique gameplay experiences with there being a touch screen on it and all.

The Gamecube controller since it's very comfortable to use for hours. I like all of the other controllers about the same though.

I like the ability to lay back on a couch besides the TV and use the GamePad.

Though I never used all of them, Wiimote seems the best for me since Idon't have to hold it in 2 hands. I can actually do some other stuff while gaming.

From actual Nintendo made, I'd say gamecube, it took a while to get used to first in 2004 when I got it, but it always fit my hands better than some of the other ones.
