Personally I'm most looking forward to Kirby, Bayonetta 2, Mario Kart 8, and Zelda U.

Mario Kart 8, Mario Golf World Tour, Smash Bros for Wii U and Kirby: Triple Deluxe. I'm not sure about the others since there's hardly any info on them right now.
