Club Nintendo

Hey look - it's a bunch of NES games I already have for free in Animal Crossing and my phone.

I'm kinda saddened that Club Nintendo of America is phasing out the physical rewards. Used to be rather good too!

^ Yeah, there's like 4 physical rewards on there now that have been there for years, other than the Animal Crossing posters that have been there for only one year. I generally spent my coins on the games anyway, but a lot of the physical rewards were pretty cool, and it was always nice to see the new ones as they added them...

Sad....

I just want to note that this is only for Europe and Australia currently, but Club Nintendo there now has the Kirby: Triple Deluxe soundtrack available! (for 1500 stars I believe?)

I really want this soundtrack, but I live in NA so of course, I still can't have it. >_> But I'd recommend it, the game has some really good music.

That's cool for the Club Nintendo members in Europe and Australia. I still want the NOA Club Nintendo to get all of the cool things someday and not just a new game case or desktop backround.

^ But don't you remember Gameguy? Nintendo of America's Club Nintendo removed the cases and desktop backgrounds, too!

I agree with you, we really don't get any of the cool rewards the rest of the world gets on Club Nintendo. Maybe in the future there will be some nice things in NA too.

You guys don't want the 300 coin greeting cards or the 350 coin pouches, seriously other than the games, the Club Ninendo over here is pretty lousy minus the games every now and then, even though they've just been rehashing the same ones.

^ Yeah, there are a couple of greeting cards, and a few downloadable games that everybody already owns. I think they should give us all of the rewards Europe and Japan get too.

It's a bit better then the last set but, I don't plan on getting any of the games.

Gameguy, that's the old image. They fixed Donkey Kong, because it's actually Game Boy Donkey Kong. (the better version anyway, it has 100 levels as opposed to 4)

It's a pretty good lineup considering the past few months, I might get 3D Classics: Kid Icarus and maybe Game Boy Donkey Kong since I do have a lot of coins to spend.

It's a shame that Club Nintendo of NoA are going all "digital" as of late in regards to their rewards. The physical rewards were considerably better in my personal opinion in regards to how exclusive they were at the timebeing.

^ Yeah, it is kind of disappointing to see them transfer over to pretty much all digital rewards. I wouldn't mind if the digital rewards were a bit better though. At this point, they could just transfer Club Nintendo coins over as eShop money.

I just reached Gold status today. Has anyone else reached Gold yet or are you close to reaching it?
