by I use Rosalina the most since her spin can be helpful and I also use Peach and Toad since there floating and Speed are helpful in many levels.

Probably Peach & Rosalina when ever I get this game (as a Christmas gift or even if I have to get it for myself lol) seeing as I tend to use Peach when ever she's available as a character in any platforming Mario title & Rosalina looks AWESOME to use as a character anyway. ^^V
