Well yea; that was the past & after looking through all of their offerings.. It's better then having a big old goose egg of nothing that is releasing from Nintendo or Sony for a good three month's or more of games that I want from either company. I won't get Majora's Mask when it releases for the 3DS since I already own it twice over. Yea I'll get it eventually but I think I'll get it used like I did with the 3DS OoT I bought for all of $20. I also realized it's silly to put $40 into it when I already own it so many times over. Yea it's my favorite LoZ title but I'd rather play what I have on VC; so I'll just wait to get it $20 used. I don't care about Splatoon, I didn't like Project S.T.E.A.M since the demo didn't 'sell me' on the game, and beyond everything I know is releasing for both systems.. I don't want anything releasing. I 'used' to love Final Fantasy but Final Fantasy XIII killed that franchise for me. Final Fantasy Type 0 looks to me to be Final Fantasy Tactics just minus the tactics & more crap missions to get through. So I'm not interested in that & Final Fantasy 14 just looks to me to be a huge game with a bunch of guys driving around & fighting against huge monsters. When in reality it's just a buddy movie disguised as a game. Xenoblade Chronicles X won't release in Japan until April and my guess it won't hit NA until sometime in May. I also doubt I'll see the new Zelda U title get an announcement release date until it's closer into the holiday's (November maybe late December) either.
I also haven't seen ANY new Pokemon games shown to release; nor any of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series.. So there's nothing coming out I want on the 3Ds venture. Yea I know that tons of stuff is releasing; but neither side has anything I want releasing. Thus the purchase of my Xbox 360.
I may have said that I wouldn't get one in the past.. But; the games I wanted to play never got ported to the PS3. So I had to invest in one just to play Infinite Undiscovery, Tales of Vasperia, & a bunch of other titles I can only play via the 360. Though tbh: yea I too feel that it's weird I bought one.. Deep down I'm still a gamer at heart & I enjoy playing games. So maybe; this was to become an eventuality. Just like one day down the road I may end up with a Dreamcast just so that I can play Magic Knight RayEarth. But until then; it's just an eventuality. ;3
Any who; yea so far I've enjoyed fiddling with the XBL & stuff. :3
I added it to my list of accessorizes for the Xbox 360. I also just added to my list the purchasing of: LoZ: Majora's Mask theme for my 3DS since I had enough in my eshop account for it.
