Characters with & with out voice overs: wtf?

Some characters seem to have voice actors/actresses for them; while the majority of the others who show up in game: do not. The characters who have voice overs are the main Disney crew: Mickey Mouse, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Chip, Dale & even Pluto! But do the rest of the Disney characters have voice overs; such as Alice, Jasmine, Aladdin, or heck even Cinderella? Nope; all you get is a cameo appearance from them: no voice acting AT ALL. I mean yea to some extent I can understand why all of the characters weren't added in.. Yet in another way I ask: why not add them in? Though then the game would have probably released as a full blown Wii U title & not on the 3DS as it has already; would be my guess. XD

The only character's voice who seems to have changed (impo) has been Daisy Duck's voice. All of the other characters sound just the same really. :3

It might've been due to time restraints, so they decided to just not give the rest of the characters voiceovers. I have no idea what the real reason is, of course, but I doubt they would purposely only do voice acting for a couple of the maybe 100+ characters in the game.

Well so far in DMW2 there has been a LOT more voice acting. I'm really happy with how much more the developers seem to have included in more voice acting instead of it being less. I mean even the envelope that's used as a character in game has a voice & it didn't in DMW1.
