Unused Grand Prix Cup icons have been found in the data for Mario Kart 8!

Could these be the DLC cups we're waiting for? I certainly hope so! This makes me excited, but I probably shouldn't get my hopes up. Razz

The Yoshi Egg and the Shine Sprite icons look like there were pulled form the Mario Kart Wii custom track icons. I would like to see DLC tracks though but, I'm not getting my hopes up at all.

^ They look like they came from Mario Kart 8 to me. But I do agree that the Shine Sprite looks a bit off, maybe because the outline isn't much darker than the actual thing.
