Bayonetta 2

Bayonetta 1 and 2 will be released on Nintendo Switch on February 16th. You can buy the physical version for $60 and get a download code for the first game or you can buy Bayonetta 2 on the eShop and have the option to download one for $10.





I was expecting this to be an announcement in the next Direct not at the Game Awards. I'm glad more people will get to try this game before 3 drops though.

Eh, I'm fine playing the WiiU version of both tbh.

You might have to contact Nintendo customer service if you bought Bayonetta 2 and got a code that does not work. Nintendo has now pointed out the issue.

A decent amount of people seem to be having trouble with their codes, getting error messages when they put them into the Switch eShop. It seems Nintendo is at least aware of the issue, and the quickest way to get it fixed is to get in touch with customer service.

From what I have seen it seems to mostly be an issue if you ordered from Amazon. I got my copy from Best Buy and the code worked just fine.
