by Splatoon is now the highest selling game available on the Wii U eShop in Japan of all time! (which of course includes games like Mario Kart 8 and Smash)
Honestly this was kind of expected after the huge sell outs at retail, a lot of people just downloaded the game instead. So I'm not all that surprised. Still, congrats Splatoon!
