Final Splatfest

The final Splatfest will take place worldwide on July 22nd. Th final theme will be Callie vs Marie playing for keeps.

You know it's kind of sad how this is already the last one. With that said there is no better way to end things off if your ask me. Also players will be able to vote for the stages this time around.

Oh.. so the final Splatfest is next month. That's too bad. We've had a good number of them at least. I've got to experience most of the ones this year so I'm fine with that. I'm going to miss Inkopolis during a Splatfest because it feels so different during one. It's fitting that their amiibo will be available around that time. So you'll be able to vote for the stages this time? Great decision.

I'm totally going with Team Callie. She's my favorite of the two.

NO! I'm really surprised they're ending them here, but I suppose they really want to move on to the next game for NX. This is a good final theme, and I'm really glad you can vote on the maps this time. I'm probably going Walleye Warehouse for one of them.

So, it's the battle of waifu is it? I kind of like the way Callie looks so I'll root for Team Callie to win. :3 Still, it's sad for those of you who have Splatton for the Splafets to end so soon. My guess is that Nintendo is ending them because August is usually when (most) schools go back in session. That or Spa2oon NX is going to be announced sometime soonish. ;3

The stages for the final Splatfest have been chosen based on votes! They are Kelp Dome, Moray Towers, and Walleye Warehouse!

I was hoping for Piranha Pit or Mahi-Mahi, especially over Kelp Dome, but this is still pretty good, I'm very happy Walleye Warehouse is part of it.

My favorite stage Moray Towers made the cut and I guess everyone wanted to finish things off on the basic Kelp Dome.

Team Marie Wins!



Obviously she was going to win the votes, but in my time playing I really thought we'd end up losing, it took me around 5 hours just to get to Marie Queen because it really seemed like Team Callie was winning so many matches it was insane. It was fun though. Hopefully we see Splatfests return for the next Splatoon game.
