Captain Sophocles

Sophocles is the first captain of Ula'ula Island and he is also a student in the anime. He's the worst captain for me since, his comedy is the most forced in the anime and he is a copy and paste  of Clemont in some ways. His trail was also not the best and it does not help that he hosts the lackluster Festival Plaza.

Pretty sure his trial was  the meh one because he was festival plaza guy so they didn't really bother giving him much time with his trial. I do like it how you can say straight to his face you don't like the festival plaza though, but other than that he was pretty meh for me as well.

Yea, his trial was kind of forgettable. All that happened was that the lights go out, you battle against some random Pokemon & eventually the totem Pokemon shows, you battle it & then it's over. Wow, some trial it's almost like Gamefreak didn't even try with this poor kid.
