    Likely just the OC characters made for Warriors. The characters are looking really good and makes me wander how good they will look in Fire Emblem Switch.
    Based on this interview it might actually be the case. In that sense I guess a Hyrule Warriors approach to cast and story is expected then expansions into other regions (Elibe, Tellius, Magvel and Jugdral) might be possile as DLC

    I'm glad they want with Female Corrin and that all of the voice actors returned. As for the release date in America I would say 2 weeks before Mario.

    Sieghorse is a force of nature with its physics defying spins and jumps

    Liking the Smash references on Marth (who's also kinda like HW Zelda down to the Light gauge) and Corrin (Dragon Fang skills oh boy), but sanic speed Marth is kinda lol

    Rowan's VO is grating ugh definitely prefer Leanna

    Why did most of the direct feed play avoid pairing up? Treehouse did really well with it

    Also is it just me or do axe soldiers wield bronze signposts and not axes XP

    I was really glad that they mentioned the fact that they were only showing off some of the sword users right now and that more variety is on the way, because I really would like to see more unique characters. (and I'm kind of hoping the fact that we have focus on Awakening and Fates characters means that there will be Beaststones used as weapons)

    Here's a new trailer showing 4 new characters from Fire Emblem Awakening.



    We finally got an axe user in Lissa, mage unit in Robin, cavalry knight in Frederick and fan favorite Lucina. I think we will get a new trailer next month showing the royals and Azura in action.

    Some of my favorites from Awakening there that I actually used throughout the entirety of that game, so I'm glad to see them here despite knowing it would happen lol. I'm also glad we're getting more characters that aren't just sword users. Should be pretty nice!

    Cordelia and Female Robin have been announced. Permadeath and special areas for flying units will also be included in the game.

    The magazine preview reveals two Fire Emblem Awakening characters in Pegasus Knight Cordelia and female Robin will be joining as playable characters.



    In addition to the Weapon Triangle system, the magazine also mentions a permadeath “Character Lost” feature that won’t allow you to deploy characters once they’ve fallen in battle. More details on that will be revealed on a later date.



    Fire Emblem Warriors launches on Nintendo Switch and New Nintendo 3DS in Japan on September 28, and in Fall 2017 in the West.

    I thought for sure the rest of the royals where bring announced next. With that I expected Cordelia and people are overreacting about Hinoka and Caeda not having a chance when the devs already said the roster would be pretty big.

    Well female Robin is all I needed so I'm obviously quite happy to see her included here. Cordelia is a nice one as well, I think it's cool to see pegasus knights being included.

    Hinoka, Takumi, Camilla and Leo have been announced.



    3 of those where expected and I'm glad Hinoka made the cut even if she's not that popular. I also still think we will get Azura, Sakura and Elise in other Fates trailer next month.

    I read Hinoka as Hinata at first and was very excited because he's one of my favorites from Fates, Hinoka is cool too though, it's nice to see her making an appearance. And wow this game is getting the real Dynasty Warriors treatment with the amount of characters, a lot moreso than Hyrule Warriors.

    Fire Emblem Warriors has an interesting setting that allows you to switch from the game's standard 1080p/30 fps, to 720p/60 fps.

    - options to select a higher frame rate in exchange for a lower resolution
    - the game was created with a 1080p resolution and 30 frames per second experience in mind
    - you can drop to 720p for 60fps Usuda
    - change from Classic to Casual Mode while playing
    - doing so will revive lost characters
    - you can’t change from Casual to Classic
    I think this is so smart and something more games should do.

    More games should include the option such as XBC2. I will likely just play in default mode do to 60 frames per second not being that important in a game like this.

    Fire Emblem Warriors will be available worldwide October 20th! Also, North America will be getting a Special Edition which includes 3 CDs, a dual-sided poster & 25 character art cards.

    I think it's crazy to release this game a week before Super Mario Odyssey, especially when they've been doing monthly releases for Switch. Surely either September or November would have been a better time slot? It's cool to see it come out soon though.

    Sadly where not getting the Dragon stone. Sad It also seems like there no date for the New 3DS version and could 25 cards mean only 25 characters? Based on those big empty spots next to Leo and Takumi we can pretty much say we are at 18 cards with the little sisters  and there's no way Azura won't make the cut so lets make it 19. Then the rest are sure to be Awkening and Shadow Dragon cards since, it seems like Rowan will be the only OC to get a card.
