There's going to be a 3DS and FEA Bundle, but it costs $200. 
But I guess if you want the game and a 3DS, it's a bit cheaper. (Not by much >_>)

I finally played the demo, it was much longer than I expected it to be. It was also really fun though, I'm certainly getting it eventually. I can't wait for release.
