Well, no from the way the game explains it, the hero's mother & Princess Jade were attacked. To distract the monsters away from the children she hands off the luminary child to Jade who accidentally runs & falls into a river. She then looses hold of the luminary's wicker baby carrier that drifts downstream. Rab, ends up saving Jade but neither of them know that the luminary survived & is living in the town that the game starts him off in. When Jade & Rab reunite with him, it's emotional for the both of them. Especially Jade, who says that she'll never let him go ever again. Thus the scene showed in the original tweet. ;3

In Dragon Quest XI, I got as far as getting the last orb. I need to head into the deep dark woods or whatever, I plan to lvl grind for some cash before doing that. Ugh, the 1 thing I don't like about Dragon Quest; is how expensive the armor & weapons tend to get as you play the game: dang.

Almost at the end and the game seems to have lasted you quite a while as while. Sadly the high gear prices are common in most JRPG games or you have to find rare items to get the best gear.

Oh no, I'm not even halfway to the end. Dragon Quest XI basically pulled an FFVI, but instead of faffing about with some legendary statues like Kefka did, Mordegon takes the power of the luminary, gets the sword of light, & destroys the tree's heart, destroying it & plunging the world into ruins. Your then separated from your friends & eventually you have to reunite with them again.. So basically, yea FFVI's midgame subplot. Kinda, but the hero wakes up as a fish, after the fall. It's a long story how you return to a human & wtf is going on.... lmao

I'm going to be pretty busy advertising for Nintendo Lounge, while tweeting what I'm playing on. I usually check in once in a while anyway so, it's not like I'm leavin anytime soon. But gawd this place is deader then dead. XD

Well, I had a lovely gobble gobble. Did a ton of Black Friday shopping & have 3 gifts left to buy for xmas left to get. I am beyond on top of things right noa. ;3

Getting most of the christmas  shopping done early must feel nice. I have yet to even start yet.

Sometimes it could take a while to find that last gift due to how in demand the set item can be in during the holiday season.

Well the oldest wants an Xbox gift card, which is easy to find. The middle one I think would enjoy a historical novel, since he's into history atmo. While the youngest wants a squishy stuffy I need to do research on so I know wtf I'm looking for, lol.

Oh, btw I have a new cell phone. A cricket canvas & so far I love it. All my mobile games play seamlessly on it, cheapest mobile gaming device investment ever since I bought the phone for under $50.

Wow, I can't believe there are just 10 days before Christmas Day! And, I'm already finished with my Christmas shopping & everything outside of 1 gift is wrapped. I'm kind of amazed since usually my husband loves waiting for the last minute to get the Christmas shopping done. <_<"

Well I'm now finished with all of my Christmas shopping. My husband just has to get something for his dad & he's done, but that's his problem. XD

Nice to get everything done 10 days early. Anyone who waited until this week will have to deal with crowds at every store.

That maybe so, but usually we get groceries every week, so we'll have to put upwith last minute shoppers anyway. xD

Ho, boy I saw the recent KH3 trailer & realized that I need to really play the other games before it releases so I know what the eff is going on. ^^;
