10 Games I enjoyed playing using Toad

With the release of the Captain Toad port on Switch and 3DS in just a few weeks I figured that now would be a good time to look back on some of the games where I enjoyed playing as Toad. Keep in mind that this list is not limited to just the Toad.

While Toad was not one of my mains in World Tour it was still nice to see him hit the green for the first time and he was one of the easier characters to use.

Due to me always going to Peach's area in story mode Toad was pretty much my 3rd best character for story mode for a short while.

While I only really played as the Mii in Fortune Street I like how the game give Toad some character with him speaking in a non RPG game.

 Super Mario Bros 2 was the first game to give Toad his staple low jump and great speed and strength. While I used Luigi and Peach more having the option that use Toad was nice.

While New Super Mario Bros Wii had no way to play as Toad in the single player. New Super Mario Bros U allowed players to use any character in challenge mode and it was nice to have the option at least.

While I enjoy using the heavy characters more in Mario Kart 8 Toad was not a bad option for light characters in Mario Kart 8.

Toad was pretty much might light weight main until I unlocked Dry Bones.

I liked using Toad in Mario Party due to how good his character exclusive Triple Shroom Orb is with how it doubles your roll.

Using the Golden Mushroom in Mario Kart Double Dash as Toad and Toadette was very fun in Mario Kart Double Dash.

3D World was no doubt the best game Toad has been playable in. Due to his great speed and poor jump he is the good to character for Mario experts.
