Kirby Right Back at Ya!

I forget what it's called. :V I saw this on the Wii Shop Channel once and downloaded Kirby TV, I didn't really like any of the episodes I watched.

It's called Kirby Right Back at Ya!

I don't like it much, except for maybe one episode. I don't see why Kirby needs a TV Show though...

Ugh, when I was younger I never cared for the characters other than Kirby, I saw this show on quite a bit and all I really wanted to see in it was Kirby transforming and fighting the monsters, though it's a littler kid show so they have to throw in a moral system and it ruins all the episodes.

It used to be on POP, only time I remember being able to watch it. I didn't think much of it since I didn't think much of the franchise itself, (and when I did see it I was a little too old to just tolerate the "4Kidz" horrible dubbing).

It was very samey like the Pokemon Anime, just no where near as iconic

I used to watch this on 4Kids TV block on Fox with other shows like Yugioh, Pokemon and Sonic X.
I really did not like the kids or anyone in the show but Kirby and Meta Knight.
In fact this is the first time I ever saw Kirby since I played Smash Bros Melee after I saw like 10 episodes of this show .
The best part of the show was when Kirby used the power up near the end of every episode and liked the intro music.

This was the other show I would somewhat look forward to aside from Sonic X back then.

Ooooh man does this bring back memories. Only problem with Kirby Right Back At Ya was I hardly watched it unlike Sonic X so my memory sucks. All's I know is I always wanted to see Meta Knight.

I like the intro music as well, but I always thought it was annoying when I watched this.

I haven't watched this in years though, I don't remember much about it.

I watched about half of the episodes in 2013, I kind of liked it. For a video game-based show for kids, I think it's great (because it could have been much worse), but it's not my kind of show. I just point out flaws in logic, how stupid some of the characters are and other parts I don't like.

The English dub is cheesy and entertaining in its own way, but the original japanese is very different. It's (a bit) more serious and the humour is quite different. Overall I prefer the original over the dub.

It was pretty enjoyable for me, and I like how King Dedede has the exactly opposite personality as his game counterpart. (He actually tries hard to defeat Kirby, and he's merciless)

But still, I really really really prefer the Japanese original much more than the botched up 4-Kids version really.



A funny fact is that the Korean dub of this just used the "Kirby Kirby Kirby" song and dubbed it into Korean as its intro.
