Mario Golf World Tour

Just noticed, Yoshi hasn't been confirmed?
For both this and Mario Party 3DS.
He better be in them.

^ Ha, that's actually kinda funny to me, we all know he's going to be in it, why not just show him? That makes no sense to me. I doubt there's any chance of Yoshi not being in this though, so don't worry too much about that. I think he was shown in MP3DS though...

And you're right, there is like a 0.01% chance he won't make it.

I don't think they showed Yoshi in the gameplay, because they showed Yoshi's Island 3DS in the some Nintendo Direct.

However I think we will see Yoshi, Bowser Jr., and maybe Diddy Kong in the next gameplay footage.

Looks like yet another delay for a Nintendo game. (really have been a lot recently) The game will be releasing in 2014, rather than this summer which was it's previous release date. My guess is they just needed more time to work on some cool things in the game, but this really means a lot of games releasing in early 2014.

That is probably right.
They have so many Mario game coming up.

Iwata in the next Nintendo Direct please understand we need a bit more time to add more content for this game.

It would still be funny though if they showed a new trailer with Yoshi, Diddy Kong and Bowser. Jr. I also think there removing the mode were you can only play as Luigi.

I don't really know way there pushing this game back because it looked like it was about done in the April trailer.

Maybe there trying to make the online better, but they had a good online system in Mario Tennis Open and there using the Mario Kart 7 one in this so not likely.

They might be adding an RPG mode were you use the Mario cast because it would not take that long for Camelot to add there RPG characters.

I also think that Rosalina rumor in Mario Tennis Open was true. Keep in mind that all of the characters that Camelot added in there games minus Donkey Kong Jr and Shadow Mario have gone on to be playable in most of the Mario Sports games. So Nintendo may have asked them to make Rosalina playable in this game and use some of the the characters that have not been playable in a while such as Petey, Baby Luigi and Hammer Bro.

Of course none of this is likely true and the game might just sit in the Camelot office for over half a year because Nintendo wants to put the game out in 2014.

Here's a new trailer that shows a new mode and the return of the Miis.



It's nice to see that new game mode and the items might be hinting at other characters.

Yeah this game really doesn't interest me all that much. A new mode is cool for those who have played before though so the game isn't all the same.

Yoshi returns to the green and some items might have hinted at Rosalina, Diddy and Birdo.

Also, apparently Bit Block found some Yarn Yoshi based course.

Diddy, Bowser Jr and Boo are also back and here's the box art.



























It looks like Bowser Jr and Boo have been moved to starter characters and Koopa and maybe Birdo have been removed. If there are 4 hidden characters I hope there not Baby Mario, Baby Peach, Luma and Dry Bowser. I would rather see Rosalina, Baby Mario, Luma/ Baby Luigi and some character that has never playable before. Dry Bowser can join his pal Metal Mario in the qr section if it's still there.

This game looks kind of fun but I'm not sure. I'll have to see reviews first myself, but I know those who like golf games will likely enjoy it a lot.

I guess playing in water is cool but, I really want to see a Galaxy course were the ball goes around the course before going in the hole.
