Wii U Update

It looks like the summer update won't be coming in July.

Don't expect the big, exciting Wii U summer firmware update to be coming this month. I'll leave it at that.

We really need this update soon since it will likely fix the bugs with the eShop and other apps you need the interent for.
I think the update will be next month since the spring update happened near the end of spring. Who know's though. We should get a Nintendo Direct soon were Iwata conforms when the Wii U system update will happen.

What was the summer update supposed to do anyway? I know it's something big, or at least somewhat big.

I'm not that disappointed honestly, as I don't even know what functionality this update will bring. I think it'll be next month too though.

 I think it fixes the Wii U's interent apps since the eShop and Miiverse always have problems loading and it might also add some GBA games.

I never have problems loading up the eShop, etc. so I honestly don't think they need fixing. I thought they were already supposed to have fixed that with the spring update. I know it was just the Wii U OS, but it should take a shorter amount of time to open every application as well or it was just pointless.

And GBA virtual console games? I find that cool, but it would be better if they added the gamecube games instead...
