What Personality/ties Do You Enjoy in Characters?

Normally, characters who are dark/psychotic.

Badass characters are another.


I tend to enjoy male charas w/glasses who have a calm/cold/smart demeanor.(Colress, Togami, Jade, Richter, Hubert, Morishige)

I enjoy smart a$$ over the top smug characters who are good guys deep down, who stand up for their friends (such as Yami Yugi, & Joey Wheeler). Then there are the gentleman types: such as Yugi Moto & Pegasus [YGO]. I also enjoy over the top silly characters sometimes [like Beast Boy or Joey Wheeler] or even strong minded female characters [like Mia Valentine or Princess Leia]. My favorite has to be the snarky characters though, such as characters like Tenebrea from ToS:DoaNW or even Drippy [Ni No Kuni] who comes off a bit snarky in a 'fairy' way I suppose. xD

I actually liked pretty cold personalities in video games, like Squall from FF8.
Though I pretty much enjoy all the personalities if they are not annoying like Omochaos.

Speaking of annoying charas...

I cannot stand Marta from ToS:DotNW. After playing again, Marta really irked me more than Emil. WTH changed?

Estelle(ToV) but not as bad.

I like characters who have dark pasts but don't shove them on everyone else, highly developed characters, and characters highly into technology.
